Prof. Fiona E Murray

Associate Dean for Innovation & Inclusion

Faculty Director, Innovation Headquarters (iHQ)

Fiona Murray is the Associate Dean of Innovation at the MIT School of Management and the William Porter (1967) Professor of Entrepreneurship. She is the Faculty Director of MIT’s Office of Innovation and also Faculty Director of the MIT Legatum Center for Development and Entrepreneurship. Fiona is an associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research. She received her BA ’89 and MA ‘90 from the University of Oxford in chemistry. She subsequently moved to the United States and earned an AM ’92 and PhD ’96 from Harvard University in applied sciences.


Rosaleah Brown

Director of Administration and Finance, Innovation Headquarters (iHQ)

Rosaleah Brown (she/her) is the Director of Administration and Finance for MIT’s Innovation Headquarters (iHQ), where she oversees the strategic, operational, and financial infrastructure that powers one of MIT’s most dynamic hubs for entrepreneurship and innovation. With over a decade of experience in higher education leadership and administration, Rosaleah serves as a key connector between iHQ’s resident programs—including MIT Catalyst, Hacking Medicine, MIx, and the E&I Minor—and the broader Institute.

In her role, Rosaleah is responsible for the financial stewardship and strategic planning that enables faculty, students, startups, and staff to thrive in a collaborative and inclusive environment. She manages multimillion-dollar sponsored research portfolios, guides operational policy, refines internal systems, and leads cross-functional efforts to align iHQ’s initiatives with the goals of the School of Engineering.

Known for her ability to balance big-picture vision with meticulous execution, Rosaleah has led efforts to rebrand and reposition iHQ, increase space utilization through equity-centered event policies, and streamline operational workflows amidst institutional restructuring and staff transitions. A trusted advisor and problem solver, she is often the go-to leader for navigating complex agreements, financial forecasting, and institutional politics with integrity, transparency, and heart.

Rosaleah holds a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Boston College and has completed advanced doctoral coursework in the field. A lifelong champion of equity and student-centered innovation, she is deeply committed to building bridges across fields of difference and fostering a culture where people feel safe, brave, and supported.


Greg Soloviev

Facilties Manager

Administrative professional with 9+ years of experience in higher education, events planning, and interdepartmental coordination. Strong small business management experience as the manager at an independent bookstore. Background in military history, with a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication and strategic planning.


Brandon Hoye

Academic Programs Specialist

In his role as Academic Programs Specialist, Brandon’s responsibility encompasses all things academic at iHQ. He supports students pursuing the Entrepreneurship & Innovation minor, applicable iHQ UROP positions and fellowships, as well as interfacing with student E&I organizations and the greater student E&I community in the space.

Brandon has worked in higher education since 2013 and at MIT since 2023. The throughline throughout his career incorporates two things: sparks and stories. He loves learning about what spark inspires students to pursue their goals, and the story behind how those sparks ignite. 

Originally from the San Franciso Bay Area, Brandon enjoys exploring this exciting new place called New England along with his adventuring party—Dr. Katie Hoye, and their 5-year-old miniature schnauzer, Winston—and enjoys a good book while doing his best to avoid becoming the subject of run-on sentences.


Georgina Indaco

Event Planner


Georgina Indaco oversees event operations at MIT’s Innovation Headquarters (iHQ), where she manages bookings, logistics, and coordination for internal and external gatherings—including those held in the Hacker Reactor and other iHQ event spaces. With a focus on operational efficiency and user experience, Georgina is leading the adoption of new event management tools to streamline planning and support revenue tracking. Her work ensures that iHQ events run smoothly, creatively, and in alignment with MIT’s vibrant innovation community.


Megan Rogers

Event Planner and Coordinator


Megan Rogers (she/her) is an Event Planner and Finance Coordinator for MIT’s Innovation Headquarters (iHQ). Megan oversees use of iHQ’s event space, the Hacker Reactor, and assists hosts in coordinating event catering, AV, marketing, and more.”


Aysar Abdelgelil

Project Coordinator, Voxel Lab & Makerspace



Aysar is Project Coordinator for the Voxel Lab and Makerspace at MIT’s Innovation Headquarters (iHQ), where she oversees operations across the Voxel Lab, Studio38, and the iHQ Media Suite. With a background spanning environmental media, digital storytelling, and community engagement, Aysar develops interdisciplinary programming that supports student innovation, fosters inclusive maker culture, and connects creative practice with hands-on learning. Her past experience includes roles at the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center and MIT’s Office of Innovation, with a focus on video production, archival research, and communications strategy.
