Need a break from all that brainy brilliance? We’ve got just the thing—your ticket to Zen Town! Join us for a session of mindfulness and relaxation that’s scientifically proven to help you stop overthinking that last equation.

Here’s the game plan:

  • 2:00 – 2:05 PM: Stretching (because sitting like a pretzel isn’t sustainable)
  • 2:05 – 2:10 PM: Relaxing Guided Meditation (no, you won’t float away, but you might feel lighter)
  • 2:10 – 2:25 PM: Silent Meditation (your chance to be quiet and still—yes, we know it’s hard)
  • 2:25 – 2:45 PM: Q&A with Afternoon Tea, Coffee, and Snacks (because why not end on a high note?)

Why Should You Join?

Because:
– Your brain needs a recharge (like your phone, but cooler)
– Your productivity will skyrocket (and who doesn’t want that?)
