All pricing is subject to additional costs for set-up/breakdown, cleaning, and facilities work deemed necessary by the Event Planner, Facilities Manager, and DAF
Student organizations require additional support and services, which results in higher associated costs
Event requests must be submitted at least ten business days in advance to ensure timely processing. Please allow up to five business days for review and approval. Requests submitted with fewer than five business days’ notice will not be approved, and same-day event requests will not be permitted

Whether you need a fully tech-enabled main area or flexible, movable seating arrangements, the Hacker Reactor is designed to adapt and elevate every event experience.
