Event Planner
Georgina Indaco oversees event operations at MIT’s Innovation Headquarters (iHQ), where she manages bookings, logistics, and coordination for internal and external gatherings—including those held in the Hacker Reactor and other iHQ event spaces. With a focus on operational efficiency and user experience, Georgina is leading the adoption of new event management tools to streamline planning and support revenue tracking. Her work ensures that iHQ events run smoothly, creatively, and in alignment with MIT’s vibrant innovation community.

Megan Rogers
Event Planner and Coordinator
Megan Rogers (she/her) is an Event Planner and Finance Coordinator for MIT’s Innovation Headquarters (iHQ). Megan oversees use of iHQ’s event space, the Hacker Reactor, and assists hosts in coordinating event catering, AV, marketing, and more.”

Aysar Abdelgelil
Project Coordinator, Voxel Lab & Makerspace
Aysar is Project Coordinator for the Voxel Lab and Makerspace at MIT’s Innovation Headquarters (iHQ), where she oversees operations across the Voxel Lab, Studio38, and the iHQ Media Suite. With a background spanning environmental media, digital storytelling, and community engagement, Aysar develops interdisciplinary programming that supports student innovation, fosters inclusive maker culture, and connects creative practice with hands-on learning. Her past experience includes roles at the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center and MIT’s Office of Innovation, with a focus on video production, archival research, and communications strategy.
